These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Gaia Light Force and any person who accesses, enters, browses, registers for, or uses the Gaia Light Force website, including all public-facing and members-only areas.

5. Donations and Financial Matters

Members agree that liquidated damages of, but, not limited to, AUD $10,000 per breach represent a genuine pre-estimate of loss and are not a penalty.

Members further agree to indemnify Gaia Light Force for all reasonable legal, court, and enforcement costs, including solicitor-client costs, arising from any breach.

Gaia Light Force may pursue injunctive relief and the highest damages available under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gaia Light Force from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or damages arising from misuse of the website or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.

Users irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.

13. Amendments and Survival

Gaia Light Force may amend these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the website.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.

All clauses relating to intellectual property, enforcement, indemnity, damages, limitation of liability, and jurisdiction survive termination of access.
