Article I: Name and Legal Entity

The legal name of the ecclesiastical and spiritual body shall be known as Jedi Nation: The Gaia Light Force Spiritual Pathway, hereinafter referred to as "the Ecclesia" or "the Organization."

Said Organization shall be constituted and recognized as a non-corporate ecclesiastical entity possessing legal standing and personhood under common law and spiritual sovereignty, having the full capacity, rights, and liabilities of a natural person, pursuant to the recognition of religious institutions under common law and international human rights standards.

Article II: Intent, Purpose, and Object

The primary object and purpose of the Organization is the advancement of spiritual practice, universal consciousness, and planetary stewardship through the lawful exercise of belief, ritual, and doctrinal dissemination under the protections afforded by natural law, common law, and spiritual jurisdiction.

The Organization shall:

• Promote the internal and external healing of sentient beings;
• Conduct spiritual education and rites;
• Facilitate multidimensional and interspecies spiritual communication;
• Serve the Earth and cosmological bodies through healing, ceremony, and stewardship;
• Uphold the sacred duty of planetary guardianship and spiritual sovereignty.

This ecclesia shall not engage in commercial business activities for private profit and all revenues shall be applied exclusively to the advancement of its charitable, spiritual, and ecclesiastical purposes.

Article III: Doctrinal Hierarchy and Ecclesiastical Office

The ecclesiastical structure shall be comprised of five recognized hierarchical bodies, each with distinct sacred obligations:

1. First Earth Battalion – Gaia Light Force Initiates

Persons who undertake spiritual initiation and foundational healing rites. Charged with personal purification and alignment to sacred service.
 

2. Earthwalkers

Consecrated agents of planetary healing, charged with geomantic service, energy field stabilization, and Earth grid maintenance.

3. Skywalkers

Consecrated interdimensional communicants and CE-5 facilitators, charged with sacred protocol, cosmic alignment, and telepathic diplomacy.
 

1. High Council

Ecclesiastical stewards and governing body, vested with the spiritual authority to interpret doctrine, safeguard rituals, and govern this ecclesia.
 

1. Starjumpers

Recognized as ascended initiates who fulfill the planetary and cosmic ascension requirements, qualified for galactic transition and post-incarnational missions.
 

Article IV: Ecclesiastical Activities

This ecclesia shall lawfully engage in:

• The solemnization of sacred rites and observances
• The administration of spiritual training and certification
• The publication and transmission of spiritual texts, oral doctrine, and encoded transmissions
• The offering of sanctified ritual and communal healing events
• The lawful exchange of spiritual services and education for offerings, donations, or other means of energy exchange not classified as commercial activity

Article V: Membership and Covenant

Membership in the ecclesia shall be available to any sentient being who:

• Affirms the spiritual laws, principles, and tenets set forth herein;
• Enters into covenant with the organization as a conscious participant;
• Conducts themselves in accord with sacred law, natural law, and moral integrity.

Membership may be revoked by decree of the High Council for conduct deemed contrary to spiritual ethics, the sacred trust, or the integrity of the ecclesia.

Article VI: Code of Spiritual Jurisprudence and Conduct

All members shall:

• Refrain from spiritual harm, coercion, or manipulation;
• Observe and uphold sacred laws of light, intention, frequency, and sovereignty;
• Respect the free will and spiritual boundaries of all sentient beings;
• Maintain alignment with planetary and cosmic integrity.

Article VII: Governance and Sovereign Authority

The ecclesiastical authority shall be vested in the High Council, which shall:

• Be composed of no fewer than three (3) spiritually appointed elders;
• Meet in solemn spiritual council to determine matters of governance, doctrine, discipline, and expansion;
• Possess the power to ordain, anoint, and excommunicate;
• Serve as protectors of sacred teachings and adjudicators of internal affairs.

The Founder and Original Depositor of Doctrine, known henceforth as Haimana, shall retain perpetual spiritual authority, moral authorship, and intellectual ownership of all original teachings, certifications, terminologies, symbols, ceremonies, and derived bodies of knowledge.

Article VIII: Intellectual and Spiritual Property

All symbols, teachings, rituals, frequency codes, certification systems, training manuals, and initiatory frameworks produced by or originating through Haimana or through authorized channels of the Jedi Nation, shall be deemed proprietary spiritual property under ecclesiastical copyright and moral trust.

Any duplication, dissemination, or representation outside the sanctified permissions of the High Council or Haimana shall be treated as an infringement of both spiritual and legal trust.

Article IX: Resources, Offerings, and Financial Conduct

The Organization is authorized to receive:

• Donations, tithes, and sacred offerings;
• Fees for certification, initiation, and sanctified spiritual training;
• Gifts, endowments, and voluntary sponsorships.

Said receipts shall be applied to:

• The fulfillment of sacred mission objectives;
• The support of ministers, elders, and sacred operations;
• The acquisition and maintenance of sacred spaces and tools.

The Organization is empowered to open and operate financial accounts, hold assets, and engage in lawful transactions in the name of the ecclesia.

Article X: Amendments and Spiritual Evolution

This Constitution may only be amended upon:

• Unanimous consensus of the High Council;
• Sacred ceremony of review and invocation;
• Approval by the Founder Haimana where any core structure, authorship, or spiritual doctrine is affected.

Article XI: Dissolution Clause

In the event of dissolution of the ecclesia, all residual assets shall be transferred to an ecclesiastically aligned body or charitable trust committed to spiritual sovereignty, healing, and planetary service, as determined by the High Council in consultation with Haimana.
