Purpose, Funding, and Process Overview
Access to Gaia Light Force is granted through a structured gateway process designed to ensure clarity, accountability, and integrity for everyone involved. This is not a casual sign-up, a subscription service, or a paywall for content. It is a deliberate entry point into a living body of work that requires infrastructure, coordination, and responsibility to operate properly in the physical world.
The Foundation Contribution associated with Gateway Access exists to fund the real operational requirements of this work. These include maintaining and securing the website and members area, supporting communication and broadcasting systems, upgrading computing and editing infrastructure, acquiring professional sound and video equipment, maintaining vehicles and mobile operations, covering fuel and site costs, and supporting the mobile broadcasting caravan that is also used for community outreach.
As the work grows, contributions also support the transition toward a stable, long-term operational base, including leasing property for a headquarters, developing off-grid systems, establishing permaculture, electroculture, and aquaponics food production, and creating dedicated spaces for healing, sound therapy, and sound engineering laboratories. The intent is sustainability, transparency, and professionalism, rather than reliance on broken, second-hand, or improvised equipment.
Gateway Access is supported by a one-time Foundation Contribution, not an ongoing subscription. Those who feel called to support the work further are welcome to do so, but there is no obligation beyond the required entry contribution.
Read This Before Proceeding
Entry into Gaia Light Force is governed by a three-stage Gateway Process. All three stages are mandatory and must be completed correctly. Partial completion is not accepted, and access is not granted until the full sequence is satisfied and verified. This process is monitored and enforced through automated systems to ensure fairness and consistency.
The Gateway Process is clearly outlined at the bottom of this page. Before attempting to register, it is your responsibility to read and understand each step in full. Failure to complete any stage will result in no access to the members area.

STAGE ONE
Website Subscription – Mandatory Foundation Step
The first stage of registration is subscribing to the Gaia Light Force website. This step is non-negotiable and forms the foundation of all access. Without an active website subscription, there is no entry into the members area, no delivery of access links, and no inclusion in updates, briefings, or operational communications.
Subscribing to the website is how the system knows you exist within the registration flow. It is the only way members-area invitations, updates, and onboarding instructions are delivered. If you are not subscribed, there is no mechanism to grant access, regardless of whether other stages are completed.
It is important to understand that website subscription alone does not grant access.
Subscribing without completing the other required stages will not allow anyone to slip through a back door. The site is monitored, sequenced, and validated by automated systems, and all registration conditions must be met in full before access is released. Partial completion is detected and filtered automatically.
Once all required stages are completed correctly, and verification is confirmed, you will receive an invitation email from the GoDaddy website system within 24 hours, prompting you to set your password and activate your members-area access. This invitation is only issued when the full sequence is satisfied.
If any stage is missing, incomplete, or incorrect, no invitation is sent, and no access is granted.
To be absolutely clear:
No website subscription means no members-area access
Website subscription without completing the other stages means no access
Missing any required step means no access
All three stages must be completed correctly for entry to occur.
STEP TWO — Foundation Contribution and Verification
Step Two is the Foundation Contribution.
Gateway Access is supported by a one-time Foundation Contribution of $99 AUD. This is not a subscription, not a fee for content, and not a commercial transaction. It is a contribution that supports the physical, technical, and operational infrastructure required for Gaia Light Force to function responsibly and transparently.
This contribution directly funds:
Website hosting, security, and backend systems
Broadcasting and StreamWare platforms
Professional sound and video equipment
Cameras, surveillance gear, and field documentation systems
Editing software and production infrastructure
Vehicles, fuel, maintenance, and towing requirements
The mobile operations caravan and site fees
Power systems, batteries, and off-grid capability
Crew accommodation during operations
Ongoing upgrades required to move beyond patched, second-hand equipment
As the operation stabilises, contributions also support the establishment of a permanent operational base, including off-grid infrastructure, permaculture, electroculture, aquaponics systems, healing and sound therapy spaces, and dedicated sound engineering laboratories.
